From when you said “Yes” to when you say “I do”, we will be there guiding you through the entire planning process. From concept to execution, we will help you to plan your one of a kind wedding that is uniquely you.  

  • Initial consultation with the bride and groom

  • Unlimited phone and email availability

  • At least three wedding planning meetings between couple and wedding planner

  • Help to prepare and understand the wedding budget

  • Assistance with site tours, selection and booking of wedding ceremony and/or reception venues

  • Assistance with site design (selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding)

  • Wedding etiquette advice

  • Help with finding, negotiating, and booking suitable vendors. I will schedule appointments and accompany clients to up to two meetings per vendor category.

  • Coordination of vendors to ensure services/products for the wedding are provided in a timely manner

  • Ongoing updates and consultation with the bride and groom about vendor’s services/products

  • Assistance with selection of wedding invitations, save-the-date cards, place cards, programs, etc.

  • Ceremony planning, processional, recessional, placement

  • One hour detail meeting (in person or over the phone) to discuss timeline and set up details

  • Prepare rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors

  • Provide detailed checklist to ensure proper set up

  • Final walk-through with client at selected site(s) the month of the wedding

  • Final collection of wedding items at rehearsal, to be set up on wedding day, such as guest book, wedding favors, programs, etc.

BEFORE YOUR EVENT:

  • Up to 10 hours on your wedding day attending, overseeing and directing the wedding ceremony and reception

  • Provide a wedding day emergency kit (Shout Wipes, safety pins, Band-Aids, Static Guard, sewing kit, etc.)

  • Receive deliveries and greet vendors

  • Confirm wedding ceremony and reception areas are set-up as planned

  • Confirm proper placement of cake table, guest book table, gift table, etc.

  • Ensure proper placement of personal items such as programs, table numbers, candles, lanterns, etc.

  • Assist with distribution of wedding flowers, pin on corsages, boutonnieres, etc.

  • Assist the wedding party to get into place and cue to walk down the aisle. Making sure flowers are held correctly, timing is perfect, wedding dress trains are straight, etc.

  • Direct guests to cocktail hour after the ceremony

  • Assist the photographer in getting the wedding photographs you want, making sure family members are available and in place

  • Confirm DJ is running on schedule and proper announcements are being made: grand entrance, first dance, bouquet toss, etc.

  • Confirm all events are running on schedule

  • Distribute final vendor payments/gratuities, as needed

  • Coordinate the collection of gifts received at wedding to be delivered to pre-arranged location

  • Confirm transportation is running on time

  • Ensure all personal belongings and wedding decor are gathered at the end of the event and placed in designated vehicle

  • Prevent and fix any conflicts that may arise during your wedding day, while helping you maintain a cool composure

  • Provide a stress-free wedding day for the bride and groom!

DAY OF EVENT:

  • To secure your date, a deposit of 25% is required
